What is a Value Ladder? And is there value in it for me?
I have done a lot of studying on best business practices. I’ve researched ways to market yourself. I’ve started multiple businesses. I have run multiple blogs. I’ve taken part in multiple start-ups.
I have experience in purchasing. I have experience in sales. I’ve sold cars, makeup, protein shakes, jewelry, household items…. you name it… I have sold it.
One thing I never get tired of talking about and learning more about is business! I eat, sleep, and breathe all things business/finance/professional growth.
I say all that to point out…
You will hear a lot of guru’s talking about the value ladder. They get a lot of things right. You really can’t go wrong with a value ladder. This is how you can set your business up to thrive. To grow exponentially.
Value ladders aren’t new. I will never forget my first value ladder.
Smiling over an intercom because I know they can hear it… “Alrighty! I’ve got one cheeseburger coming your way! Would you like to add fries and a drink to make that a combo?”
Value ladders are the upsell.
Yes, they add value to your end sale. What would have been $3 is now $9.50 +tax. Sure, it adds to your bottom line.
